the hotel is spacious and exudes a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. the staff is attentive and ensures that guests are well taken care of. the room was spacious and the breakfast provided was fantastic. the owner, Aruna, was extremely courteous and helpful, making our arrival and settling in a breeze. the hotel also has a lovely garden and seating area where guests can relax. I would highly recommend Villa 406 as a great base for your stay in Sri Lanka. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 😊.

We stayed at this newly opened villa style hotel for two nights after arriving in the country. The breakfast had a great variety and the option to add it for just $3. The hotel had a big garden and we enjoyed playing badminton there. The living room was a cozy spot to relax. The owner, Aruna, was very friendly and helpful, even arranging airport pickup for us at a better price than Uber. a nice place to stay overnight or for a short stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, and the airport transfer service was surprisingly affordable. No need to rush with the luggage since Mr. Aruna had it all under control. Such a massive house with 5 rooms and brand new air conditioning. Thank you, Mr. Aruna, for waiting to sort out visas and baggage issues.
Just adored the sound of a dog barking in the backyard during my peaceful afternoon nap. So soothing.
